Hiring Active build

Hiring, built for restaurants. Beta coming soon.

Into the Logo Recruitingby Table & Line

A white-label applicant and onboarding site, separate from Floorboard. Each restaurant gets its own hiring site in its own logo and colors, and applicants see only the restaurant's brand. It's in active build.

We share every update as it lands and will let you know when the hiring beta opens. A website demo will be available shortly.

What we're building

Your own branded hiring site

Each restaurant gets its own dedicated, fine-tuned hiring site built from our template. Applicants see only your brand, on your own domain (like jobs.yourrestaurant.com) or yourrestaurant.intothelogorecruiting.com.

Apply link or QR code

Applicants reach it from the apply link on your website or a QR code in the restaurant.

Applicants get their own logins

Applicants create their own logins and never get a Floorboard login, which keeps employee data safe.

Application and paperwork

The application, then the free federal I-9 and W-4 plus your state's withholding form. State new-hire reports are filed automatically, or switched off if your payroll provider already files them. E-Verify is an optional add-on, off unless you need it.

Managers are alerted

When the paperwork is done, all of your managers get an alert.

Handoff to Floorboard onboarding

On Floorboard's HR “Onboard new employee” page, managers search by name, DOB or SSN (matched securely, only ever shown masked, last 4), finish I-9 Section 2, set assignments and choose the pay method.

No bank details, ever.

Into the Logo Recruiting isn't a payroll provider, so it never collects bank or direct-deposit information. New hires start on a paper check, or a pay card if your restaurant offers one.

Built-in state hiring guidelines covering all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., pending final reviews. Each restaurant's own legal team reviews and approves its hiring steps before going live, and steps can be customized.
